In this experience you will be able to taste three of the organic wines produced by the winary, accompanying them with a platter of typical specialties that will help you enhance their taste and hidden notes.
After the tasting of three wines, you will proceed to the bottling of one of the wines of your choice and then to the capping and labeling.
You will also have the opportunity to label the bottle with your name and the date of the visit to the cellar, so that you can leave the indelible memory of this fantastic visit to the cellar imprinted over time.

EXPERIENCE N.2 - CREATE YOUR BLEND - Cost € 40 per person
With this experience, in addition to the tasting, we will guide you in an analysis of the characteristics of the different Sicilian wines, so that you can choose your favorites with which you will create your blends.
Once you have created the blend of wines that most thrills your senses, you will proceed with the bottling and, subsequently, with the capping and labeling of your favorite blend that you can take with you and share with whoever you want.

EXPERIENCE N.3 - PIC NIC IN THE WINERY - Cost € 40
At the end of the visit, you can experience the authenticity of a regenerating pic-nic surrounded by nature; you can delight your palate by tasting the delicacies of the Alcamo area such as cold cuts, cheeses, vegetable couscous, cunsatu bread and typical dessert.
