From your hotel, by minivan, you will reach Segesta. Here, after a short walk, you will find yourself in front of the majesty of the Doric Temple that fascinates with its extraordinary beauty. The temple has never been completed and the mystery that surrounds it concerns both the position, overlooking a cliff, and the reasons that led the Elymians to build it.
The Archaeological Park of Segesta is also home toone of the most beautiful theatres of the classical period, both for its excellent state of preservation and for its spectacular location on the Gulf of Castellammare and the hills of Trapani.
You will reach Erice, a fortified medieval city, dominated by the castle of Venus Ericina and characteristic for its historic center and traditional pastry shops. Don't miss a visit to the Mother Church.
You will conclude your experience at the Trapani Salt Pans Nature Reserve, where you can admire the immense basins where the ancient activity of extracting sea salt is carried out, among migratory birds and white piles of harvested salt.
