Skrokkia is a villa apartment located in a panoramic position, close to the gold sandy beach of Castellammare del Golfo. The apartment is located on the ground floor with seprate entrance and can accomodate up to 4 people. You may access through the living room with kitchen corner , dining table, sofa, tv sat and a/c. The kitchen is fully equipped (eletrical oven, dishwasher, fridge). The sleeping area is made of two double bedrooms. The bathroom is with shower. From the kitchen you reach the veranda equipped with dining table, umbrella, external shower and barbecue. The swimming pool and solarium area are shared with the owner who lives on the first floor. 

The pool is open from 08:30 to 13:30 and from 15:30 to 20:30

The sandy beach is 1.80 km from the apartment. Along the beach there are restaurants and coffe bars. The nearest supermarket is 1.5 km.

Castellammare city centre is 3.5 km. The nature reserve of Lo Zingaro and Scopello are approx. 13 km away.

The nearest airports are Trapani Birgi (55km) and Palermo (45km).

The apartment and the family who rent it are just perfect. The view from the terasse is so nice that you will fall in love with it and the owner dog is so lovely that we could take it with us if they would let us;) And i have to mention that they help us with everything that we want it, the son of the owner help us to rent a bike and give us advice what to see and where to go in Siciliy and they where so nice that they left a good bottle of Italian wine for us. I really recommend this apartment for everyone who want to visit and enjoy in Siciliy.

Highly recommended
The apartment is brand new and has everything you could want (although no microwave) It was wonderful to be part of the family - they were always at hand to help - but still have your own private space to come home to, plus the use of the pool. Whilst the apartment is perfectly placed for exploring the area - you must have a car as it is situated out of town.
We had a wonderful time!

Cancellation policy

Standard

Any cancellation must be communicated in writing by fax or email. Cancellation will take effect the day this notification is received by us. In accordance with our Regulation, the following penalties will be applied:

  • 50% of the total rental price – from 29 to 15 days before arrival.
  • 100% of the total rental price –14 days before the arrival.

The rental price does not include cancellation insurance.  If for any reason not depending on our will, Cicerone Tour srl is forced to cancel a booking, a similar property will offer to the Guest. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is lower then the price paid by the Guest, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the difference. If the rate of the alternative accommodation is higher than the rate paid by the Guest, no extra costs will be required. If the Guest want to cancel the booking, Cicerone Tour srl will refund the whole amount and no further compensation can be asked by the Guest.
